Variazione Individuale is a reworking of the second page of Art I Var ‘3. Here, the fragment isolates itself and begins to evolve. It becomes a personal transformation, in which the artist allows herself to fall apart — with the intention of recomposing only after the work is complete. In parallel, the forms detach from the original motif that once defined them. By cutting themselves out of the page, they begin to move freely through space, settling wherever they choose, generating new iterations and new patterns. Their meaning has shifted. They now speak of something that, though always present, belongs to a different vision.
